Besides the excellent print quality and extremely reasonable prices, there are two additional reasons why I can give no less than a 5-star review for this place:
THE WEBSITE. When you are up working weird hours to finish designing something that you want to just submit to print right away, you can do it right on the website. It's one of the easiest sites to navigate. Best of all, you can even download templates and step-by-step instructions on how to get your margins and paper sizing right. It also gives you tips about color, just about everything you need to ensure your design prints well.
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am not a professional graphic designer, but when you can't afford to pay for design services, you do what you can on your own. For a lot of my orders, I always seem to get something wrong. My margins are too small, my colors don't show up right, my images are cutting off. Instead of just printing what I submitted, they always take the time to call me to ask if I want to resubmit my design. There was a time when I resubmitted, and the color still didn't look right! This was when I was learning about RGB vs CMYK colors, so it was completely my fault, but Jennifer was so patient in explaining how I could fix it, and allowing me to resubmit multiple times until I got it right. She and the rest of the staff go above and beyond to make sure the final product is as best it can be! After all these delays, my order still gets completed by the original promise date.

They also were done quickly once my orders were placed. I had some last minute chances and they were great with communications. They made everything very convenient for me. Especially how they can quickly send me an invoice to review and make the payments online. I am very very happy I went with them.
Another thing I liked was that my wedding invitations did not look fobby like the other shops around the area. They were very respectful of what I wanted. They had samples of all their types of papers which made it extremely easy to pick something out. Vivian, one of the girls there, was very patient with me and helped me pick out exactly what I wanted. She made wonderful recommendations and took her time to explain what would best fit my needs.
